Abstract Background and Aims End-stage renal failure affects a frail, elderly, multimorbid population with high physical psychological symptoms. The care should integrate core palliative principles to thoroughly address support patients' needs. Serious Illness Care programme (SICP) is multi-component intervention that promotes meaningful conversations between clinician patient. identifies what matters most the patient, their goals priorities, how this aligns treatment care. SICP was implemented in two dialysis units North of England, we report on outcomes learning from process. Method Using modified cohort design, applied tools within unit England.
